Client: BuilderMaxPro
BuilderMaxPro is Texas construction software for estimates, approvals, change orders, invoicing, project control, and calculated payment-risk deadlines. We designed and shipped the full product surface: project and client management, estimate generation, quote workflows, invoicing, payment tracking, schedule and timesheet tools, workflows to monitor calculated Texas notice and lien deadlines, referral growth loops, and bilingual UX for English/Spanish teams. The result is a fast, mobile-friendly command center that helps contractors run jobs, stay ahead of calculated payment-protection deadlines, and close work with less admin drag.

BuilderMaxPro needed to replace fragmented contractor workflows spread across texts, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools. The platform had to support estimates, quotes, invoices, schedules, timesheets, and lien-critical deadlines in one fast, mobile-friendly system for the Houston market.
We delivered a contractor-first SaaS command center with production APIs, bilingual UX, and integrated operations from lead to payment. By combining project execution, financial workflows, and calculated deadline visibility, BuilderMaxPro now helps teams move faster while staying ahead of calculated payment-protection deadlines.
Production systems behind BuilderMaxPro — engineered for reliability in the field, speed in the office, and scalable growth across contractor operations.
